Healthcare Context Module:
This module provides an overview of the global and Indian healthcare landscape, regulatory and ethical issues and public policies on healthcare.
Sector-specific Module:
This module covers topics such as operational aspects of hospital planning and structure, quality and accreditation, the use of data and technology in healthcare organisations and the economics of the healthcare sector that are of relevance to managers of healthcare organisations.
Functional Module:
This module provides exposure to knowledge of a breadth of functional management domains such as marketing, organisational design, strategic management, human resources management, leadership, conflict and negotiation, operations management, accounting, and finance.
Capstone Project:
This component engages participants in teams on projects that are of their specific interest.
