Work Experience:
7+ years of full-time experience post-graduation .
Bachelor’s degree/two-year master’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate. Candidates need to be working at the time of application.

Prof. Amit Dhiman
Professor, Human Resource Management

Amit Dhiman is a Professor in the Human Resource Management Group and has been associated with IIM Calcutta since 2008. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad and holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for more than seven years in industry in the private sector, mainly in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development functions. He has research, teaching, and consulting interests in the areas of Performance Management, Accountability, Stress Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Management in Services.

He has done consulting for organisations in the private sector, public sector, government, and NGOs across industries such as Oil, Education, Housing Finance, and so on. Prof. Randhir Kumar

Professor Randhir Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Human Resource Management academic group at IIM Calcutta. He holds a PhD in Social and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Globalisation and Labour from TISS Mumbai. His research focuses on employment relations, the digital economy, global production networks, and service industries such as IT-BPO. He has received notable accolades, including a full PhD scholarship from NWO-WOTRO and the AIMA ICRC Case Writing Certificate of Excellence in 2021. At IIM Calcutta, he teaches core and elective courses like HR 101 and Strategic Planning and HR Management, while his current research explores digitally mediated labour processes with a focus on on-demand cab drivers.
