In order to raise capital, investment banks act as agents/underwriters in the issuance of securities for corporations and governments. They act as intermediaries between companies seeking funding and investors seeking investments. With the Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Investment Banking (PGCPIB) at IIM Indore, professionals will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle a variety of investment banking roles and responsibilities, including asset management, security valuation, and derivatives instruments to help investors achieve specific investment goals.
